Wood Pellets Prebuy Program

We would like to thank our customers for making our first year in the Alternative Energy Business a huge success! We have put a lot of time and effort into, not only knowing our products, but also knowing our competitors products, and how OUR products better serve OUR customers.

We have several brands of wood pellets. We carry economically priced wood pellets, all the way up to a high end, high BTU wood pellets. We have compiled a large amount of data on wood pellets and would be happy to share it with you on why the products Harris Energy sells are superior to our competitions.

We have also found that customers have been very receptive to buying their Alternative Energy’s and Heating Fuels from a local company. We are the only company in the area that can provide you with one-stop shopping for your Heating Fuels and Alternative Energy needs.

We offer our PREBUY PROGRAM as follows:

  • Prebuy Program opens on April 5th, 2010.
  • Orders for the Prebuy program will end on September 30, 2010.
  • Pellets must be paid for at time of order to qualify for Prebuy pricing.
  • Pellets may be picked-up or delivered as you wish, although, all pellets must be picked-up or delivered no later than October 31, 2010. *See below for delivery options and charges.
  • We strive to have the freshest pellet supply possible in inventory at all times; therefore we ask that you give us 2 to 3 weeks notice prior to pick-up or delivery. This is so we can provide you with freshest supply possible and inventory control.
  • There are no refunds on partially claimed pellets orders. Credits will be applied to your account, less the storage fees.

We offer the following Pick-up and Delivery options:

  • Pick-up Service (Option #1)
    A Harris Energy employee will help load the product into your car, truck or trailer by tractor or individual bags.
  • Delivery Charge (Option #2)
    Will be based on location and amount to be delivered. A Harris Energy employee will off load product at your location.
  • Travel Charge (Option #3)
    Will be based on location and amount to be delivered. Delivery trailer will be left at delivery location for a specific amount of time, product to be off loaded by customer. (This option will be less expensive than option #2.)
